Refund policy

At NutraSage, we create personalized supplement plans to suit your unique wellness needs. Since our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns. However, we’re committed to ensuring you have a smooth and satisfying experience.

Returns
We do not accept returns on:

  • Personalized supplement packs
  • Opened, used, or tampered items

This policy ensures product safety and hygiene standards are maintained for all customers. Returns for eligible orders will be processed/accepted for non-opened parcels within 48 hours from delivery. 

Refunds or Replacements

  • You may request a refund or replacement in the following cases:
  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item
  • Your order was not delivered due to an error on our part

To initiate a refund or replacement: Please email us within 48 hours of receiving the product at nutrasagesupport@gmail.com with:

  • Order ID
  • Clear photos of the issue (damaged/incorrect items)

After verification, we’ll either send a replacement or process a refund to your original payment method. Refunds will be credited  within 5-7 business days to your source account.

Exchange product will be delivered within 5-7 days , as per location. 

Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them. After that, cancellations may not be possible as we begin processing your custom pack.

Shipping Policy

Orders will be shipped within 2 days after order is received and will be delivered within 5-7 days , as per location
