All transactions are processed securely via Shopify. Prices and product availability are subject to change without prior notice.

4. Subscriptions & Renewals:
If you subscribe to monthly supplement packs, billing will recur monthly until canceled. You can manage or cancel your subscription from your account dashboard.

5. Limitation of Liability:
NutraSage will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or website.

6. Governing Law:
These terms are governed by the laws of West Bengal, India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Kolkata.
